For flights with low-cost carriers (e.g., Fly Nas, Fly Dubai, Air Arabia), changes must be made directly with the airline. We can provide you with their contact details.
If you are flying with a full-service airline (e.g., Emirates Airlines, Etihad Airlines), changing or canceling your ticket depends on the ticket type purchased. Rebooked flights must be for the same traveler and with the same airline as the original booking.
Additional charges for rebooked flights will include:
Any difference in airfare if the new flight costs more than the original booking.
The total cost of the change depends on airfare, ticket details, and applicable penalties or fees.
With most full-service airlines like Emirates and Etihad Airlines, you can cancel your flight bookings through us, subject to fare rules.
Note that some fares are non-refundable, so check your itinerary for fare rules, restrictions, and cancellation fees before proceeding. Airlines generally allow cancellations up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled departure may incur a 'no show' penalty. In addition to the airline’s cancellation charges.
In the event of a schedule change, the airline will provide a replacement flight, subject to their policies and your ticket’s fare rules. We will work with the airline to find a flight as close to your original schedule as possible or arrange a refund based on your preference.
For detailed information on baggage allowances, prohibited items, and sports equipment, visit your airline's website. Paying for baggage fees online before your flight can often save you money. For a complete list of allowed and prohibited items, refer to the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Prohibited Items list.
International Flights: Check in at least 3 hours before departure.
Domestic Flights: Check in at least 2 hours before departure.
To save time, we recommend checking in online if possible. Aim to be in the departure hall well before boarding, which usually starts 60 minutes prior to departure. Allow extra time for check-in, security screening, and reaching your boarding gate, as some airports can be quite large and may require additional time to get to the gate.
Visa: A valid visa is required for countries that do not offer visa-on-arrival. Check whether travel insurance or a specific amount of foreign currency is necessary for your visa. For detailed requirements, contact the consulate of your destination country.
Transit Visa: Some countries mandate a transit visa even if you remain in the airport. For instance, Saudi nationals transiting through US airports to Canada need a US transit visa. Always verify current entry and transit requirements before your journey.
Foreign Currency: Confirm the foreign currency requirements for your destination. There may be a minimum currency requirement, and having an internationally usable credit card is generally recommended.
Vaccination: The yellow fever vaccination is compulsory for travel to certain areas in South America and Africa. It must be administered at least 10 days prior to entering affected regions. Proof of vaccination might be required upon return.
- Non-Refundable: If you cancel or modify your booking, a fee will apply as stated in the room conditions and your confirmation email.
