Currently, Umrah Links does not support online cancellations or modifications. However, our 24/7 customer support team is available to assist you with any changes. Make sure to review the cancellation policy beforehand, as terms may vary for non-refundable services and special offers. For cancellations, Umrah Links charges a service fee.

Minimum Connecting Time (MCT) is the standard time required for transferring between flights at a specific airport, determined by air traffic control and varying by airport and airline. The connection times displayed on our website adhere to these standards. If you miss a connecting flight due to a delay on a previous flight, the airline is responsible for rebooking you on the next available flight. If no flights are available that day, the airline should provide accommodation, provided all flights are booked on a single ticket.

Reservations for more than 9 passengers cannot be made in a single booking. You can create two separate bookings on our website. Please note that we cannot guarantee seat availability for the second booking, as the seats may be taken by the first reservation. For further assistance, contact our customer support team.

Most airlines allow minor corrections to misspelled names. However, full name changes for the originally booked traveler are generally not permitted.
