We process credit cards from a wide range of countries but may block cards from certain regions during the booking process. Debit cards need to be enabled for online transactions by your issuing bank. If your debit card does not work, please contact your bank to activate it. Sometimes, banks may issue a new card that supports online transactions.

Charges will be applied to your card when you confirm your booking. Once payment is confirmed, tickets will be sent to your registered email.

We also do not accept liability for any decisions or actions you take based on credit/debit card information on our site. However, should any fraudulent activity occur, we are committed to addressing it professionally and resolving the issue with the utmost care.

We strive to protect your personal and payment information during online transactions. Your credit/debit card details are secure and encrypted, and we use certified payment providers to handle all transactions. We do not store your card information.

 

  • Fraud Detection and Prevention

If we detect any signs of fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity related to your booking or account, Umrah Links may cancel your reservations and close your account. If fraudulent actions are identified, we reserve the right to pursue legal action and you may be liable for any financial losses, including legal costs and damages. To resolve issues regarding booking cancellations or account closures, please reach out to Umrah Links Customer Care.

Umrah Links Platform is committed to protecting the security and integrity of our services. We may take necessary steps to verify and validate the authenticity of your bookings to ensure our system and your interests remain secure.

If we find that transactions appear to be invalid or questionable, we may cancel bookings prior to the departure date or before the start of your stay.

 

  • Carriage Conditions

The carriage of passengers and their baggage by air will be subject to the Conditions of Carriage of the carrier concerned

In addition, such travel may be governed by the Warsaw Convention of 1929, the Montreal Convention of 1999, or other applicable laws, which may define or limit the carrier’s liability in certain cases.

 

  • Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  • Notifications and Communications

Umrah Links Platform may send you notices and communications through email, regular mail, postings on the site, or other reasonable methods. If you prefer not to receive these communications, you can request to opt-out by contacting us at res@umrahlinks.com.

 

  • Flight booking policy

- The total cost displayed covers all applicable taxes but excludes any airport fees or other charges due at the airport. Full payment is required before your booking can be confirmed.

- Please note that refunds are generally not available for no-shows or partially unused flights. Meals, frequent flyer miles, and special requests are not guaranteed and depend on the airline's approval.

- For details on your frequent flyer miles, please contact the airline directly. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your travel date for one-way trips, and from your return date for round trips. Additionally, make sure you have the necessary visa and immigration clearances for your destination.

- Infant fares apply to children under 24 months for the entire journey, whether one-way or return. If your child will be 24 months or older on the return Flight, please book a child fare. Infants must travel with an adult who is at least 18 years old.

- While we are not liable for any schedule changes made by the airline after your ticket is issued, we will inform you of any such changes. We recommend confirming your flight schedule 24 hours before departure.

- Please adhere to the airline's policies regarding the travel of pregnant women. Umrah Links platform cannot provide refunds if an airline denies boarding due to such policies.

 

  • Check-in

- Passengers are required to check in no later than three hours before the departure of international flights; failure to do so may result in being classified as a no-show. According to airline guidelines, the standard check-in window opens three hours before the flight departs.

- For infants, valid documentation proving the child is under two years old must be presented.

- It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visa for your destination, any required transit visas, and any immigration clearances mandated by your country.

- Umrah Links cannot be held liable if you are refused boarding due to insufficient or incorrect documentation.

 

  • Changes

- Umrah Links can assist with modifications to most bookings, but in some instances, you may need to contact the airline directly. All bookings made through Umrah Links are subject to amendment fees imposed by the airline, which can vary depending on the flight and booking class.

- When you modify a booking, any fare difference will be charged at the time of the change. However, if the new fare is lower, the difference will not be refunded. Rebooking fees, where applicable, will also be applied.

- Service fees apply per passenger

 

  • Cancellations

- All bookings made through Umrah Links are subject to cancellation fees determined by the airline, which may vary depending on the flight and booking class. Certain fares may be non-refundable based on the airline's specific policy.

- Cancellation requests must be made through our customer support channels—either via email, call center, or WhatsApp. Requests submitted through other methods.

- Currently, we do not offer full support for cancellations via our website. Cancellations are only processed through our customer support channels.

- Please note, the service fee charged during booking is non-refundable and will not be returned upon cancellation.

 

  • Refunds

- To process any refunds, it is essential to contact Umrah Links directly, as airlines cannot issue refunds for tickets booked through our platform.

- The time required to process cancellation and refund requests may vary. For partially used tickets, such as when only one flight of the journey has been flown and the other is canceled, the refund process may take between 05 to 07 working days, depending on the airline.

- Umrah Links will issue your refund after deducting the applicable cancellation fees, but only once the airline or service provider has completed their processing of your eligible refund.

 

  • Umrah bookings

- Travel on Umrah flights to Jeddah and Madinah is permitted only for GCC nationals or for passengers holding a valid umrah. These flights are designated for Umrah pilgrims flying into Saudi, therefore passengers without Umrah visa will not be permitted to board these flights (including Saudi nationals who will have other domestic flight options instead). It is the passenger’s responsibility to travel with all required documents.

- Please note that in case boarding is denied by the airline, Umrah Links will not be able to process any refunds.

 

  • Transit time

- For passengers booking multiple one-way tickets, it’s essential to verify that the Minimum Connection Time (MCT) between flights is sufficient. Umrah Links may offer different airlines as a cost-effective option, but cannot be held responsible if changes by any airline result in a shorter connection time and a missed flight. To avoid complications, consider booking a return flight where the airline manages the MCT, or ensure you have ample time between connections to reach your next flight.

 

Platform Bookings

- You can book for a specific number of travelers per transaction on the Umrah Links Platform (09) Passengers. Online bookings for infants alone are not available, and reservations for more than 09 Passengers must be made through our call center or offices.

- All bookings, including changes and cancellations, are followed by the Terms and Conditions, Customer Care Policy, and General Conditions of Carriage.

 

  • Travel Requirements

- Certain destinations booked through the Umrah Links Platform may require a visa, and it is the traveler’s responsibility to secure such visas. You must also possess a valid passport with an expiry date accepted by all countries you plan to visit. Detailed information on passport and visa requirements can be obtained from the embassy of your destination

- Confirmed bookings may not include additional charges like departure taxes, airport taxes, and passenger service fees, which are imposed by the airport or the relevant authorities of the countries you visit. These charges must be paid directly to the respective authorities and will be communicated at the time of booking.

- It's advisable to consult with your doctor to determine if any immunizations are necessary before entering or stopping over in the countries on your itinerary. Some countries may also require sufficient travel insurance, and it is your responsibility to verify and meet these requirements.

 

  • Hotel booking policy

- By booking through Umrah Links Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the accommodation's booking terms, including cancellation and no-show policies, as well as any additional terms that may apply to your reservation or stay. This includes any services or products provided by the accommodation. For specific delivery terms and conditions, please consult directly with the accommodation.

- Room reservations should be made in the names of the guests who will be staying at the property. Note that any changes to the names on the reservation are subject to the hotel's approval and cannot be guaranteed.

 

  • No-Show and Late Arrival Policy

- Certain accommodations have check-in deadlines. If you anticipate a delay beyond this deadline, please contact the accommodation directly to inform them.

- To cancel a refundable reservation, you must notify Umrah Links before the cancellation deadline. For non-refundable bookings, no refund will be issued if the booking is canceled.

- If you miss the check-in time and haven’t informed the accommodation in advance, they may cancel the remaining reservation duration. Refund eligibility will depend on the accommodation’s policies.

- While many accommodations have 24-hour front desks, some do not. If your accommodation does not offer 24-hour service, please reach out directly to provide your estimated check-in time.

 

  • Cancellations and amendments

- Cancellation policies vary widely. Some reservations cannot be canceled or amended at all, while others may incur penalties or offer partial refunds depending on when the cancellation occurs. To avoid surprises, carefully review the cancellation policy before finalizing your booking. The policy details can be found in the room listing and in the booking summary on the traveler details and payment pages.

- Be aware that certain rates and special offers are non-refundable or cannot be altered. Additionally, some accommodations may charge extra fees for late or early check-outs.

- To make changes to your booking, please contact the Umrah Links call center. Amendments are subject to availability and are at the accommodation's discretion.

 

  • Special requests

- Most accommodations have specific policies regarding children, pets, and additional guests. For accurate information, check the accommodation details page or reach out to the Umrah Links support team.

- Special requests made during booking are subject to the accommodation's approval and may not be guaranteed. Be aware that additional charges might apply based on the accommodation's policies.

 

  • Special needs

- Customers with special needs, such as visual or hearing impairments, or physical disabilities, should review the accommodation's facilities listed under Hotel Amenities to ensure they can meet their requirements. It's also advisable to contact the Umrah Links support team to confirm whether the accommodation can accommodate your needs. While Umrah Links will make every effort to facilitate special requests, these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any decisions regarding refunds, cancellations, or modifications due to unmet special requests will be based on the accommodation's policy. If your request can be accommodated, it will be confirmed upon arrival.

 

  • At the accommodation

- If a customer was promised certain facilities in an accommodation but was not available upon arrival, they are encouraged to get in touch with the accommodation management to solve the issue. However, Umrah links can't guarantee the availability of any promised facilities found on the accommodation page on the website.

 

  • Platform booking

- If you choose to make a reservation through Umrah Links, you agree to the stated price and the terms and conditions provided on the website. Once your selected accommodation confirms the reservation, a confirmation email, including the voucher for prepaid bookings, will be sent to the email address used during the booking process. Umrah Links reserves the right to decline bookings as outlined in the 'Right to Cancel' section below.

 

  • Accommodation classification

- Accommodation classifications are determined by local standards, which can vary greatly between countries and regions. This means that two accommodations of the same classification level may differ significantly in quality and services, even within the same country. Additionally, some properties assign their own ratings through self-assessment, making the classification a guideline rather than an official standard. As a result, Umrah Links advises customers to be aware of these potential discrepancies, and while we strive for accuracy, we do not take responsibility for the exact precision of the classifications displayed on our platform.

 

  • Cancellation Rights

- Umrah Links reserves the right to decline customers or bookings (or to cancel confirmed bookings in exceptional circumstances) at its discretion and for any legal reason without the need to provide an explanation. Common reasons for rejecting a customer or a booking include, but are not limited to:

- Violation of Umrah Links' terms and conditions

- Accommodation closure

- Incorrect rate

- Force majeure events

- Trade or economic sanctions

- legal restrictions

- Fraud

- Credit card issues

- Inappropriate behavior

- Threats or insults

 

- If Umrah Links rejects or cancels a booking and payment has already been made, the full booking value will be refunded. Additionally, we reserve the right to bar (or "blacklist") users from accessing the Umrah Links website and app, either temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. Blacklisted users are prohibited from attempting to use the website and app under any other name or through any other user.

- Umrah Links may also be compelled to reject or cancel bookings due to "obvious errors." An obvious error is a mistake on the website or app related to booking prices that a customer might not recognize as such. Umrah Links is entitled to reject or cancel any booking affected by this error without prior notice. In these cases, the amount charged will be reimbursed.

 

  • Prices and additional charges by accommodations

- Please note that all prices shown on the Umrah Links Platform based on the dates and the number of guests specified (unless otherwise stated). Typically, the rate displayed includes tax recovery and service charges, with further details provided during the booking process.

- What is included in the rate will be displayed on the website, either in the room selection section or before the final booking confirmation, and also in your confirmation email or voucher.

- Standard accommodation room reservations generally cover single, double, or triple occupancy. Additional charges may apply for extra beds unless otherwise noted. If you have additional guests, please inform the accommodation in advance, as they reserve the right to decline last-minute guests.

- Please be aware that insurance of any kind is not included in the rates.

 

  • Taxes collected directly at accommodation

- Some accommodations may impose an additional, mandatory "resort fee" or occupancy tax for specific services. This fee is collected directly from the guest and is usually not included in the price displayed on the website and app. However, it will be mentioned in the accommodation description.
